Create, master and enjoy the ultimate comfort food made famous by Deep South of the US- cooking Southern Style!

To start the evening prepare pickled shrimp cocktail made from locally sourced seafood, complimented with a vibrant watermelon & jalapeno vinaigrette.

Continue on your taste journey as you learn to made a signature southern dish; a New Orleans creole gumbo prepared with an indulgent and distinctive bacon cornbread.

Finish your evening with a sublime Buttermilk Pie with a polenta crust
