To start this upbeat and memorable class Chef will help you prepare Salt fish fritters, made from the fresh catch of the day from our local waters, complimented by a fresh and vibrant mango, tomato & allspice salsa.
Continue as you learn how to create and enjoy a popular Caribbean classic to restaurant standard, Chicken marinaded in your very own Jerk sauce complimented by Caribbean style rice and peas.
To finish this unique session prepare and authentic classic Caribbean dessert, Dulce de leche rice pudding with fresh lime and coconut
