Learn how to make the one of the nations favourite delicacies to a restaurant standard  in the comfort of your own home with The School’s alternative approach to this timeless dish.

To start make a wonderfully light and tasty pan fried breadcrumbed hake complimented with a fresh lemon butter sauce.

Under the direction of our skilled team continue as you prepare and enjoy beer battered goujons made with freshly caught and filleted soul caught in our local waters.
Compliment this fresh and delightful dish with your very own tartare sauce, crusted minted peas and sublime beef dripping chips.

This session is 2 1/2 hours in duration.  You will be greeted with a tea and coffee reception on your arrival to The School.  Each attendee will receive a complimentary glass of wine or soft drink during the session.  Guests can purchase additional drinks from our fully licensed bar within The School throughout the session

If there aren't enough available spaces for this class, you can be added to the cancellation list. Simply email us on info@belfastcookeryschool.com with the date and number of spaces required. If space frees up we will contact you as soon as possible.

All classes are non-refundable but are transferable with 7 days notice.
