Food & Gin Evening, in association with Malfy Gin

Join us for our first dining event teaming up with Malfy Gin! In this class, under the guidance of our chefs, you will be making three simple, yet flavour-packed dishes whilst enjoying some fresh Malfy gin serves and cocktails that have been expertly paired with the dishes, with demonstrations on how to make these.

We begin with our starter of chilli marinated Tuscan Prawns, served with toasted Garlic Sourdough, paired with our vibrant Grapefruit & Basil Smash cocktail.

We then move on to making Gnocchi from scratch, cooked with Pan-seared Scallops and a Smoked Paprika Butter.

To finish, we will show you how to make a light White Chocolate and Orange Tartlet that you can enjoy with a Malfy Blood Orange Martini that you can shake and pour yourself.

An evening not to be missed!

 

This session will be between 3 and 4 hours in duration.  You will be greeted with a tea and coffee reception on your arrival to The School.  Each attendee will receive a complimentary glass of wine or soft drink during the session.  Guests can purchase additional drinks from our fully licensed bar within The School throughout the session.

All classes are non-refundable but are transferable with 7 days notice.
