Celebrate the Summer tradition of the ‘Bake off’!!!

Release your inner Mary Berry or Paul Hollywood!!

We shall prepare and bake from scratch two absolute classics.

Firstly, nothing says bake off quite like a Victoria Sponge, made with fresh raspberries and a vanilla Marscapone cream.

Then a classic Braeburn apple Tarte Tatin with flakey puff pastry, spun sugar and vanilla ice cream

This session will be between 3 and 4 hours in duration.  You will be greeted with a tea and coffee reception on your arrival to The School.  Each attendee will receive a complimentary glass of wine or soft drink during the session.  Guests can purchase additional drinks from our fully licensed bar within The School throughout the session

If there aren't enough available spaces for this class, you can be added to the cancellation list. Simply email us on info@belfastcookeryschool.com with the date and number of spaces required. If space frees up we will contact you as soon as possible.

All classes are non-refundable but are transferable with 7 days notice.
