Master class in Fish

Join us while our resident chef teaches you how to master these classic fish dishes.
– Tea smoked Mackerel, fennel, radish and orange
– Seabass (how to bone whole fish), lemon, garlic and Thyme with potato gratin
DEMO – Shellfish (oysters, scallops and langoustines)
