Next, prepare and enjoy fried Mexican corn cakes made with jalapeno and lime, served with a roast pepper and spinach salad and a zesty sour cream.
To follow, learn to perfect filled tacos with fragrant flavoured rice, coriander, chilli, spring onion and fried beans, made with locally sourced ground beef.
To finish enjoy authentic churros with a tequila chocolate sauce. Our Chef will demonstrate how to make a salsa verde and chipotle yogurt dip for the table
