To begin we go with classic ‘Street Food’; Shrimp Ceviche Tostadas and learn how to make your own Queso Fresco.
Then, for the main course, we make flour tortillas from scratch. This is to serve with Chimichurri Chicken and Pico de Gallo quesadillas accompanied with authentically smoked bacon guacamole.
To finish… Everyone’s favourite! Churros with chocolate and lime dipping sauce.
This session will be between 3 and 4 hours in duration. You will be greeted with a tea and coffee reception on your arrival to The School. Each attendee will receive a complimentary glass of wine or soft drink during the session. Guests can purchase additional drinks from our fully licensed bar within The School throughout the session
