Turn heads this summer and obtain the beach body you’ve always dreamed of with the help of our Ultimate Beach Body sessions. Break old habits and learn how to prepare healthy, nutritious and well balanced meals without compromising on taste.
During each class learn how to prepare a balanced breakfast and lunch to take away and an evening meal to enjoy during the session. Our team of Chefs will discuss additions to each dish allowing you to prepare several variations to enjoy at home while understanding the basics of micro nutrition.
During this session learn to prepare:
- Overnight oats with homemade almond milk and compote
- Sublime Mediterranean citrus & barley salad
- A delicious Thai green curry served with brown rice
- Jaw dropping banana, chocolate and peanut protein bars

All classes are non-refundable but are transferable with 7 days notice.
