Learn how to make your very own fresh pasta and leave your class with an array of new tricks.
In this class roll a range of different pasta’s including ravioli, linguini and tortellini.
Chef will demonstrate how to both a classic tomato pasta sauce and a chicken veloute which you will prepare and enjoy with your freshly prepared range of pasta.
Each dish will be paired with an appropriate wine to accentuate the flavours of each dish.
This session is between 2 and 3 hours in duration. You will be greeted with a tea and coffee reception on your arrival to The School. Guests can purchase additional drinks from our fully licensed bar within The School throughout the session
