Due to the continued success of our introductory “Simply Pasta” sessions, we are pleased to introduce a more in depth look at pasta making, covering the most popular techniques led by industry trends and our customer feedback.
Basic pasta preparation will be covered and our experienced team will be on hand throughout each session, therefore all cooking abilities are welcome.
To start your informative, fun and enjoyable evening, prepare and enjoy a delectably light and fresh sage gnocchi
accompanied by pan seared scallops and a vibrant smoked paprika butter.
Continue your evening by learning how to create a restaurant standard totilli of chicken confit complimented by locally sourced green vegetables and pancetta.
Finish off your unforgettable experience with The School’s own favourite, our highly regarded chocolate tagliatelle
with candied hazelnuts-tasting is believing!
This session is 3 hours in duration. You will be greeted with a tea and coffee reception on your arrival to The School. Each attendee will receive a complimentary glass of wine or soft drink during the session. Guests can purchase additional drinks from our fully licensed bar within The School throughout the session
