Let us take the stress out of cooking your Christmas lunch this year.  Our award-winning team will greet you with Mulled wine on arrival, and then take you through every aspect of the event, preparation, timing, and serving.

You will learn how to brine & cook a Turkey crown, perfectly crisp and fluffy Roast potatoes, and Sprouts that everyone will love. Red Cabbage & the best gravy you ever tasted!

Each attendee will receive a complimentary glass of wine or soft drink.

Variations are available for vegetarians and a variety of allergies or intolerances.

If there aren't enough available spaces for this class, you can be added to the cancellation list. Simply email us on info@belfastcookeryschool.com with the date and number of spaces required. If space frees up we will contact you as soon as possible.

All classes are non-refundable but are transferable with 7 days notice.
