At Belfast Cookery School, learn the techniques and history of making two classic Italian pizzas!
You will be taught how to make fresh pizza dough and fresh tomato pizza sauce, then from scratch, you will make a classic Neapolitan Margherita Pizza, not your normal cheese pizza!!
Then, a beautiful authentically crafted Pizza Calzone, with pancetta, chilli and shallots, and Pesto Dough Balls.
And before you ask… No pineapple available!!
This session is between 3 and 4 hours in duration. You will be greeted with a tea and coffee reception on your arrival to The School. Each attendee will receive a complimentary glass of wine or soft drink during the session. Guests can purchase additional drinks from our fully licensed bar within The School throughout the session.

All classes are non-refundable but are transferable with 7 days notice.
