Enjoy light bites prepared by our Chef on your arrival.
Chef will demonstrate the secret to cooking a variety of cuts including sirloin, rump-heart and fillet. Then prepare your very own mushroom crusted sirloin provided by Peter Hannon’s meat merchant. Serve your perfect steak with cauliflower, cheese and spinach gratin and hand cooked sweet potato chips.
For dessert learn how to make a restaurant standard classic creme brulee.
