To start prepare and enjoy mouth-watering whiskey glazed chicken wings.
Chef will demonstrate the secret to cooking a variety of cuts including sirloin, rump-heart and fillet. Then prepare your very own mushroom crusted sirloin provided by Peter Hannon’s meat merchant. Serve your perfect steak with cauliflower, cheese and spinach gratin and triple cooked chunky chips.
