The Perfect Steak
Enjoy light bites prepared by our Chef on your arrival.
Chef will demonstrate the secret to cooking a variety of cuts including sirloin, rump-heart and fillet. Then prepare your very own salt aged Rib-Eye Steak provided by Peter Hannon’s meat merchant. Serve your perfect steak with hand cooked chunky chips.
Watch and enjoy as our Chef creates a watercress Bearnaise sauce. For dessert develop and sample a luxurious soft centred chocolate pudding.
