You’ll be learning how to make BBQ’d teriyaki baby back ribs with charred sweet corn soba followed by baked salmon en papillote with fennel, bacon, spinach and peas with old school potato salad & slaw.

To finish you’ll make delicious grilled pineapple with rum & vanilla syrup and what better to accompany all this delicious bbq than a refreshing sangria!
