Wow family and friends with a restaurant standard 3-course Christmas meal, taught to you by some of the best chefs that Belfast has to offer with Belfast Cookery School.
Enjoy your lovely creations and festive cheer within our banquet area during the class, or take your dishes home to give your family a taster of the seasonal meal that they will talk about for years to come.

We begin with a cracker of a dish, with a Roasted Cauliflower Veloute, topped with Poached Smoked Haddock.

The main course is the Christmas dinner we all know and love, showing you all the steps and processes that go into preparing each part, including a Turkey Ballotine, homemade Stuffing, the crispiest Roasties, Gravy, Creamed Brussel Sprouts with Pancetta, and Red Cabbage.

Then for dessert,  a classic Christmas pudding with Brandy Sauce.

All classes are non-refundable but are transferable with 7 days notice.
