Our ‘Ultimate Ulster Fry Class’ is a complete celebration of Northern Ireland’s favourite breakfast or dinner!

Learn all about the origins of the Ulster Fry and make your own soda farls, champ fadge, pancake blend and even make your own pork sausages!

Our chef with share their secrets to the perfect fried, poached or scrambled egg and you’ll finish by cooking everything in delicious beef tallow dripping… YUM!

This session will be between 3 and 4 hours in duration.  You will be greeted with a tea and coffee reception on your arrival to The School.  Each attendee will receive a complimentary glass of wine or soft drink during the session.  Guests can purchase additional drinks from our fully licensed bar within The School throughout the session

If there aren't enough available spaces for this class, you can be added to the cancellation list. Simply email us on info@belfastcookeryschool.com with the date and number of spaces required. If space frees up we will contact you as soon as possible.

All classes are non-refundable but are transferable with 7 days notice.
