Want to get that beach body ready for Summer? Belfast Cookery School is here to help!

Under the tutelage of our industry respected chefs, you shall prepare and cook two low calorie, high protein and delicious flavour packed meals.


To begin, a comforting Leek and Butter bean Broth, with Crispy Kale & Bacon.


Then you shall go on to prepare and cook a one pot Moroccan Chicken accompanied by a Tabbouleh Salad.


And to finish, the chef will demonstrate and serve an amazingly super Low Cal Chocolate Cake!


All 3 courses under 800 calories!


This session will be between 3 and 4 hours in duration.  You will be greeted with a tea and coffee reception on your arrival to The School.  Each attendee will receive a complimentary glass of wine or soft drink during the session.  Guests can purchase additional drinks from our fully licensed bar within The School throughout the session.

If there aren't enough available spaces for this class, you can be added to the cancellation list. Simply email us on info@belfastcookeryschool.com with the date and number of spaces required. If space frees up we will contact you as soon as possible.

All classes are non-refundable but are transferable with 7 days notice.
