Start your evening with a fried tofu starter with soya, lime, Asian greens and sesame.
Prepare a main course of potato and herb gnocchi with roasted mushrooms, halloumi and truffle dressing
To finish enjoy crispy fried banana stuffed wontons served with Asian style lychee and mango fruit salad marinated in a lime leaf syrup.
