  • We offer a wide range of classes including baking, international cuisine and masterclasses. We also run themed events. We’re always adding new classes to the schedule.

  • Not at all! We welcome all skill levels and abilities– from complete beginners to seasoned home cooks. Our chef be be at hand to guide you step-by-step.

  • You can book directly through our website by visiting the Classes section on our website. Full payment is required to secure your spot.

  • Absolutely! We offer private bookings for corporate events, birthdays, hen/stag parties, and other group occasions. Please get in touch via our ‘Bespoke Events’ page to discuss options.

  • We’re based in the city centre of Belfast.

  • Yes, we do our best to accommodate all dietary needs, including gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, and allergies.

    Please let us know at the time of booking so we can prepare accordingly.

    However, please be aware that our kitchen is a shared environment, and while we take good care to minimise risks, we cannot guarantee that there will be no cross-contamination, as equipment and surfaces are used for a variety of ingredients.

  • We provide all ingredients, equipment, and aprons. Just bring yourself and your appetite!

  • Yes, each of our classes includes a sit down meal which you prepare yourself and enjoy in our dining area.

  • All class bookings are non-refundable.

    However, bookings may be transferred to a different date or participant with a minimum of 3 days’ notice prior to the scheduled class.

    If a class was booked using a gift voucher, the value will be reinstated to the original voucher for future use, provided the cancellation meets the above notice period.

    Gift vouchers are non-refundable and hold no cash value.

    In the unlikely event that we cancel a class, you will be refunded in full or the gift voucher amount will be credited to you for future use.

  • Yes, there are several car parks within walking distance and on-street parking in certain areas.

  • Yes – they make a perfect gift!

    You can purchase vouchers on our Gift Vouchers page and they can be redeemed for any class.

  • Our cookery school is situated on the 2nd floor of the building and unfortunately we do not have lift access.

    Please contact us in advance to discuss any other specific access requirements you may have.

  • Class durations vary depending on the type. Most last between 2 to 4 hours.

    Duration details are listed in each class description.

  • Unless stated otherwise, classes are for participants aged 16 and over.

    Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.

    We do, on occasion, offer kids’ and family-friendly session. Check our schedule for availability.

  • Yes, on occasion we run children’s workshops during school holidays and weekends.

    Please check our schedule for any upcoming classes.

    Parental supervision may be required depending on the age group. description

  • Yes!

    You can book a specific class on someone’s behalf or purchase a gift voucher they can redeem at their convenience.

  • Yes – all our instructors are professionally trained chefs with experience in teaching and a passion for sharing their knowledge.

  • You will have your own workstation to prepare your own dishes, however on occasion, depending on the dish, you may need to share equipment or ingredients with another participant.

  • Yes – you’ll receive a printed copy of the recipe(s) so you can recreate the dishes at home.

  • If you notify us at least 72 hours before the class, we’ll happily help you reschedule. Shorter notice may incur a fee or be non-refundable.

  • All ingredients for your meal, use of equipment, tuition and recipes.

  • Our Cookery School Bar is available to purchase extra drinks as required including beers, wines and cocktails.
